Qinghualang is a sauce-flavored baijiu under Sichuan Langjiu Group Co., Ltd. Its history can be traced back to "Goujiangjiu," a tribute wine for the Han Dynasty during the reign of Emperor Wu. It was officially established in 1898. Produced at the Langjiu Manor on the left bank of the Chishui River, the brewing area is a national-level protected area of origin. It now boasts six core ecological brewing areas, including Erlangtan, relying on four key production conditions: beautiful environment, mountain springs, precious caves, and skillful craftsmanship. It is characterized by its mellow and clean taste, and a long-lasting aroma even in an empty glass. Qinghualang follows the "12987" process and the "birth, growth, nourishment, and aging" brewing principles. The main base liquor is aged for over 7 years, with the addition of aged liquor aged for over 20 years in caves and flavoring liquors of different styles. The standard for base liquor aging is the highest among similar products.
