Selected malt is mixed with natural "super-soft water" from the Oyama Mountains of Tottori Prefecture, and matured in century-old rare Japanese Mizunara barrels. It exudes rich aromas of roasted pear, sandalwood and safflower, with a slightly smoky finish.
The wine is rich and full-bodied, with notes of Japanese agarwood, cinnamon and fruit and spice.
The taste is delicate and rich, and the unique oriental flavor is a wonderful wine worth tasting!
