Mortlach 12y Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Mortlach 2.81 was created in 1823 at the first legal whisky distillery in Dufftown and is the region's most classic and award-winning single malt Scotch whisky. Due to the extremely precise and time-consuming 2.81 distillation method, its production has always been very limited. For a century after its founding, the majority of the spirit was used as the base for top-quality blended whiskies, with only a very small percentage used to make single malt whisky.
