Sipo fish is the common name of "blue round trevally". Some people also call it Sibo, hard tail, Guangzai, Balou, Banong and Kongzai. There is no need to remove the internal organs, and the whole tail can be eaten. It is not suitable for steaming. Dry frying is a more common cooking method.
